AC Powered Boom Lift - Lift Conversion
LPI has provided custom converted standard industrial boom lifts for a variety of applications. The typical conversion process involves removing the combustion or battery power source, with conversion to an AC electric power source. The addition of custom options to fit the process can also be done at this time. These units have been utilized in applications ranging from access to modules of the space station at NASA to Military applications tending airships in remote locations. In addition to the conversion of the power source, LPI can modify the lift base to run on a fixed rail system and include reels for communications or other utilities.
