This moveable floor lift can be fabricated with either a scissors lift system or mast lift system under the platform to move the entire grating floor of the paint booth up and down. The lift system allows the painter to paint the top and sides of the product at one elevation and then lower the floor to allow ergonomic access to the bottom of the product. After painting the bottom of the product the booth floor is returned to its up position to accept the next product. This custom designed solution provides ergonomic adjustment for varying worker heights and eliminates the problem of having employees use ladders and then kneeling or laying on the floor to complete the painting process.
